Brad

Brad is gone. 

We miss him so much!

I've known this for a while, but today just proved it: Brad makes me a better mother.

I know that probably sounds weird, but it is so true.

Today, I didn't clean the house like I would have if I'd know Brad would be home at 5.

I didn't make a healthy dinner like I would have if I'd know Brad would be here.

I'm surprised I even got dressed and did my hair!

For dinner we had macaroni and cheese and while that was cooking we all three filled up on the cookie dough I had just made. I almost felt like a failure, but it sure was yummy! And my kids were happy.

But we all miss daddy and can't wait to have him home to make us laugh, give us hugs, dance with us, and push us to be better people.
