Dolphin Dome, Fake Grass, Brad's Pictures

We met some friends at the zoo today because it was a beautiful warm and sunny day! We had such a fun time with them. They loved playing in the dolphin dome, watching Rio in 4-D, and playing on a patch of fake grass we found. It felt like spring!

While we lived in Northern Idaho, Brad spent a lot of his time in Hell's Canyon on the Snake River. He would be gone rafting the river 3 to 4 days a week "working." He loved it and a few times I was able to go with him and it was so much fun! He has some great pictures from his time on the river and recently a man contacted him about using some of his pictures for a river guide book he is publishing. Today we got the book in the mail with one of Brad's photos in it. It was really cool to see!

The one he used is one Brad took in his brother-in-laws helicopter when the river was really high and they flew over it to check it out. 

We had some crazy adventures on that river and I'm glad we're both living now to tell the tale!
