It’s good to be home! As much as we miss being with family and being in vacation mode, I love our boring routine and it’s good to be back to it. The first thing Luke did this morning was pick out a new kiwi co project to work on. He made a pinball machine today and he loves it. Tenely had volleyball this morning and Kade had soccer practice. Ryder and Luke had soccer practice tonight. We got some laundry and grocery shopping done. It was all boring but it feels good to be home.
It is so good to be home! The crowds and the traffic wore us down even though we loved our trip. But we also really love home, our beds, and home cooked meals. It was good to have all of those things today.
We made it home last night! We’re trying to adjust back to a normal routine. We were able to sleep in this morning though which I think the kids needed. Church at noon is beneficial in that way. Ryder gave a talk in primary and did a great job. This is his last year in primary which is crazy to think about!
Life gets back on schedule tomorrow!
We made the long drive home this morning and luckily made it in time to pick up Keena from the kennel. He was happy to come home and even seemed happy to see Ozzy. The drive went better today than it did on Friday. It’s just long! But it was worth it! I got more pictures from the weekend from Brad’s sisters!
We made it home tonight! Nine hours in the car for one day in Boise was a lot! It was really great to be with family though. And we’re glad we made it safely home and we’re really glad to be with Kade again. He had a ton of fun with his friend but it’s nice to all be back home again.
