Warm Breakfasts and Visiting Teachers

My day today started out with a good morning run with my friends. The weather was cool with a light rain-my favorite weather to run in! Then after I got home Kade woke up and I made scrambled eggs for breakfast with toast from the home-made bread I made a little bit ago. It warmed me up from the cold outside. Yum!

Later the kids and I went to the Children's Museum where we always have a blast. They played together so well, made new friends, and even held hands in the car on the way home! Sometimes they really know how to melt my heart!

Tonight after dinner we had a knock on our door from my visiting teachers. Even though they had told me a few times that they would be coming over to visit tonight I had completely forgotten! I felt horrible, but was happy to have them come in. They are the sweetest, kindest, happiest, friendliest girls! I have loved getting to know them more through our visits each month. We had so much fun talking tonight our visit ended up being an hour long! But it was so great and I really enjoyed it. I'm so grateful for visiting teaching and the unity that it can bring to the sisterhood in our church. I love that we are able to look after each other, check up on each other, and buoy each other up with good spiritual messages each month.
I feel so blessed and grateful today for my family and the wonderful people I get to surround myself with each day out here in Indiana. We are so lucky.
