Fathers

I love Father's Day! It's nice to celebrate the men in our lives that work so hard for us. Tenley made breakfast for Brad. She did the pancakes by herself and she did a great job! The kids spent all day working on gift for Brad. They made cards, trophies, rocks and blue ribbons. Kade presented Brad with the blue ribbon. He had a huge presentation to go with it and I really wish I would have recorded it, but I had no idea what he was up to! He said, "I present to you the highest award any Dad can receive!" On the ribbon it says: Father's Day Award To: Brad R. Hobson For: Being a great Dad. It was pretty adorable. I love seeing my kids be creative! Kade also had a talk in primary today and before he started he said, "Because it's Father's Day I just want to give a shout out to my Dad who is the best Dad ever!" Haha
Tenley and Ryder both helped prepare dinner and Kade made snicker-doodle cookies for dessert.
Brad was able to call his Dad for a minute and I got to video chat with mine. I love my Dad. He is patient and wise. Those are my favorite things about him and qualities I hope to develop. We had a great day!
