When I was in Kindergarten my teacher passed away. We had a nice little memorial for her a few days later. I remember drinking red lunch and eating cookies. And I remember sending balloons in the air for her. My kids now love to send balloons in the air to our loved ones in heaven when it’s their birthday. They even write sweet notes on them. I think Ryder may even believe that the balloons make it to heaven. Today was Grandma Hobson’s birthday so we wrote sweet notes in balloons and sent them to Heaven. We also had the meal for dinner that most reminds us of her; soup and homemade bread. Then we played one of her favorite card games with the kids. It was nice to think of positive memories and spend so much time remembering her.
