Simple Days

We had planned to go skiing as a family today but Luke woke up sick and cranky so I stayed home with him and Ryder. Tenley did a great job keeping up with the big boys! She was able to see more of the mountain and she is loving skiing! It makes me so happy to hear.
Ryder helped me make cookies and the we ate them after our preschool lesson while we watched “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie” because those things just go together! We almost got out of the house to go to Target, but it was way too cold so we stayed inside and played games, soccer, and watched a movie. Ryder is pretty competitive when it come to sports. I wasn’t even trying to go that easy on him and he beat me in our soccer game 10-4. He’s a fast little guy!

I came across the cutest picture of Luke and Grandpa Hobson on Brad’s phone tonight. Luke really loves to tease his Grandpa by stealing his cane and apparently by trying to copy him as well. What a funny little boy!
