Kade

This afternoon I got a text from a Mom of one of a Kade’s friends. She told me that some kids at school have been making fun of her son and calling him a nerd because he’s getting glasses. And then she said that Kade stood up for her son. She said “Thank you got having an amazing kid who stands up for his friends.” I was so grateful to hear such good things about Kade. I’m so impressed by him and that he had the courage to stand up for his friend. As we talked about it later he shared how he was worried he could lose friends over it and he wasn’t sure what the right thing was to do. I assured him that he definitely made the right choice. He’s a great example to our little family and we’re so lucky to have him.
