I love doing yoga! It makes me feel so good. I hope to be able to do this pose soon:
And how sweet would it be to do yoga on the beach? That is now on my bucket list!
I have found, though, that yoga on it's own doesn't give me the best results. But running coupled with yoga really makes me feel good. Coming in from a run and then doing 15 to 20 minutes of yoga leaves me feeling refreshed and ready to start my day!
And I especially love when Kade joins me and tries out the yoga moves!
He calls it "yoga-ing"
