We just got back from the Hobson Family reunion! We got to the lake last Thursday and my kids were with their cousins non stop after that. They’re all so lucky to have someone their age. Luke was with Asher, Ryder with Landon, Tenley with Maila and Elly, and Kade with Max, Rocky and JT. We spent most of the time in the water boating or kayaking. Ryder got to go golfing with the big kids the first time this year and he really enjoyed that. He also tried out fishing and caught a fish! Luke caught a fish with uncle Bryan and got to hold it as well. Luke also did a lot of fishing from the dock with a net and would catch little minnows.
All the boys that wanted to participated in the flag ceremony which was adorable to see. They walked in a line from tallest to shortest so little Luke was the caboose.
We had a lot of late nights. Even Ryder and Luke stayed up to midnight or later playing Mafia with their cousins. Since it’s such a short time together each year, it’s hard to be too strict about bed time.
We loved the lake and all the new memories we made!
