The holiday season means that just about every day Brad will be bringing home a new treat from the office. So many people spoil him this time of year. Most of the time his staff splits up the goodies, but today he brought the whole box of See’s chocolates home for me. They are delicious!
Ryder’s friends all came over to hang out today and things got crazy fast! After feeding Luke lunch and getting him to bed, I found the boys jumping off the window sill in Ryder’s room onto the bean bag. To make their jumps more spectacular they started throwing Ryder’s folded clothes from his drawer onto the bean bag so they could watch them pop up when they landed. I quickly ended that game and we played hot wheels instead. I’m glad Ryder has such a fun time with his friends, but I’ve realized that they need to be watched more carefully!
Luke took a long nap due to the aforementioned craziness and when he did wake up he was wanting to cuddle. Cuddle time with an eighteen month old almost feels non existent so I enjoyed every second.
The flash really ruined this photo lol
Kade played his last basketball game of the season tonight. The team and Kade have improved so much! The High School women’s basketball coach filled in for the regular coach and it was a lot of fun for the boys. Brad thanked him after the game and said our boys should appreciate that because it’s like the equivalent of his High school team getting an NBA coach for the night. It was a good game and our boys won!
