We actually got out the door early this morning and found the last few parking spots at Avalanche Creek. We took the shuttle up to Logan pass and spent the day there. We started with the Hidden Lake hike and then hiked part of the High Line trail. That trail is amazing, breathtaking, and nerve racking. It was funny to hear Luke happily babble as he had no real idea of the danger that was just a few feet away.
We had to leave the park shortly after that. I will miss it and I can’t wait to be back!
The drive home was long but thankfully we all made it back safely. We passed several deer and even an elk on the side of the road. The wildlife here in Montana is awesome.
