Family Night

I'm trying to restrict how much electronic time the kids get each day this Summer and so far they've been doing a great job. Tenley stayed busy today writing stories in her journal and playing the guitar. She just strums and makes up songs and it's pretty adorable!
Ryder was in charge of family night. He chose to have smore's for his treat which everyone was excited about, but I quickly learned that Ryder really just wanted to eat all the chocolate. He taught us about being peacemakers which is a very needed lesson at this time for my sweet kids who like to fight and get their way. We are all learning how to survive right now!
