Playtime

We've been busy this week playing catch up, so today I let Kade choose a fun activity to do. I was surprised that of all the options I gave him, he chose going to the mall to play at the playground. But it was the perfect activity for a cold, rainy day.

For family home evening this week we learned about reaching out to friends that might be lonely or scared and Kade had fun going up to new friends today and asking them if they wanted to play tag with him. He made 3 new friends! It was so cute to see. He said, "Mom, I'm being like Jesus!"

He might have made me tear up a little bit.

Tenley likes to do her own thing right now. She had a lot of fun discovering new things and I noticed she always sticks her tongue out whenever she is concentrating on something. She makes me laugh!
