A Clean House, Puzzles, Organizing, Good talks with Old Friends,"I Love You's," Slides, Orange Julius

This morning I cleaned the whole house. Normally I do a little bit of cleaning each day, but I put everything off all week so I did it all today. I love it when the whole house is clean! It is such a nice feeling.

After cleaning my cute kids and I went to the library. They picked out some fun new movies and books and played a lot with the puzzles. Tenley LOVES puzzles. And pretending to talk on the phone.

Earlier this week I had the urge to organize the toy closet. It was bad and I couldn't stand it any longer. I added a shelf (and luckily Brad got home early from school to help me!) and more boxes and it is better than before. We should probably give away some toys though. It still feels so cluttered to me.

I got to talk to an old friend of mine from High School today. I miss her! She lives in Tennessee so we should really try and meet up with her and her cute family. It was so nice to catch up and talk!

Brad's Grandma Hobson started a fun way to say "I love you" that we've now passed on to our own children. Normally they do it when we say goodnight or when we say goodbye to Grandma's and Grandpa's. Tenley will also just randomly do it throughout the day and it makes us all smile. Originally it was just one "you," but our kids love to go "you, you, you, you, you!"

After dinner we went and played at a park and Brad finally got Tenley to be brave enough to go down the slide on her own. She loved it after that!

Our yummy dessert together tonight was a homemade Orange Julius. It was refreshing and delicious! I wish I knew the recipe, but Brad just kind of made it up. It was so good!
