Good Travel Days

My niece gets married in a few days in Utah so I’ve been watching their weather and ours looking for a good day to travel. We had a storm moving in tonight so I decided to leave this morning. I’m so glad we did. There were some snowy and icy roads and the last part of our trip was during some light snow in southern Idaho and northern Utah, but we made it safely! And my kids were good and helpful which I appreciated. I was so happy to pull into my parents neighborhood. And the kids were excited to see all the snow! Luke ran around inside like crazy for a while but he fell asleep so quickly when he finally laid down. We’re ready for a more restful day!
