Playing in the Rain

Ryder and Kade had their last day of basketball camp this week. They really enjoyed it! I’m glad I was able to get them signed up. I showed up to pick up Ryder from camp just as he made the game winning shot for his team. They all surrounded him amd were cheering him on in excitement. It was so fun to watch! 

This afternoon Tenley and I had her soccer practice. Right as we started the weather turned colder and it started pouring rain. But we played through it anyway. Honestly I love playing in a warm Spring rain. The wind made it cold though. The football coach was there helping me out and I think it was a great practice for the kids!

Right after practice, Kade and Ryder had their first game. It was even colder and rainier but they still played through it as well. Ryder played great! Maybe a little too great lol. He had six goals. He’s such an athletic little man!

Kade did so well at his game as well! He played goalie the entire time and he loved it. He’s hoping to keep that position. 

We finally made it home wet and freezing, but it was a fun night!
