Travels

We had to say goodbye to the Hobson’s today and make our long 8.5 hour drive home. George and Judy made us a delicious breakfast, of course, and then we headed on the road. We took a shortcut through the state and the kids were able to see a little bit of Craters of the Moon. We’ll have to take them back sometime to hike in the caves.

The kids did really well. We put Luke in the back with Kade and he was much more well-behaved. He slept a lot too which he really needed! We made it home in time to pick up Keena from the kennel and we were able to take him on a walk tonight. It felt so good to stretch our legs! The little boys went straight to the trampoline when we got home.

It was a great weekend. I’m glad we were able to be there and that we made it home safely.
