Tenley's Art

A few days ago Tenley came home from school with an invitation to an art exhibition where her art had been selected to be shown! She was so excited. She said, "See mom, I told you I'm an artist!"
She really is a great artist and she loves it. She wasn't sure what art piece had been chosen so we were all excited to go to the museum tonight to look for her art. She felt pretty special to see it hanging there. We discovered she was one of only three kindergartners in the whole city whose artwork had been chosen for display. We ended her special night by letting her choose a restaurant for dinner. She, of course, chose McDonalds. The kids had fun playing there together.
