We had a big storm hit us last night and we woke up to about 3 inches on the ground this morning. It was beautiful! I love feeling snowed in and being 'forced' to just stay at home all day! I just wish that school could have been canceled so Brad could have been home with us all day too.
This morning we read a lot of books, then we had some friends over for a bit and got to play with them out in the snow. Then after lunch we made chocolate chip cookies (because who doesn't want those on a cold snowy day!) and then Brad ended up getting home earlier than expected so we got some time with him too!
And tonight was our Ward Christmas Party and we loved celebrating with our friend, hearing beautiful music, and the kids even got to see Santa. We had such a great day!
