Saturday was Dr. Seuss’ birthday so the kids and I read all the Dr. Seuss books we have in the house. Ryder loves them so much now. Every day since he’s wanted to read them again. His favorites are The Cat in the Hat and The Cat in the Hat Comes Back. I tried to speed read through them tonight because it was late but he could tell when I’d skip over a phrase. Those rhymes make it hard to skip anything! But I’m so glad that Ryder has found books that he likes so much!
