Kade's old basketball teammate and classmate at school was diagnosed with brain cancer last month. It was hard and shocking to hear but he and his family are handling it all with as much optimism as they can. The community has really come together for them and there have been many fundraisers in his behalf. He is in Salt Lake City right now for treatment, but today at school they all wore their Wyattthebrave shirts in his support.
Wyatt is such an amazing boy! At one of Kade's basketball games, Kade shot the ball and missed and Wyatt got the rebound and handed it right back to Kade so Kade could try the shot again. I was so impressed! Most kids wouldn't have done that. He's in our prayers and we hope he gets home soon!
