I felt like such a proud mom today as I watched Kade play in his first soccer game. I honestly wasn't sure how he would react. I didn't know if he'd stand around and stare at the sky or get mad because he wasn't able to get to the ball. But I was happy to see him run for the ball and try hard to kick it to his team's goal the whole game. He made new friends and had a lot of fun! He looked so cute in his soccer gear. I'm glad he has the opportunity to be active and learn teamwork. And I'm so glad that Brad, Tenley, and I get to be there to cheer him on!
Tonight we went and bought Kade his very own soccer ball and then went and played soccer as a family. It was so much fun!
