Progressive Dinners

When I was young my Dad set up a Progressive Dinner Christmas party with his family. He has six siblings and 5 of them live in the Salt Lake Valley and he thought it would be fun and different to be able to move from house to house to see everyone's fun Christmas decor since we usually just hung out at Grandma and Grandpa's house. I have fun memories of us doing that!
Last year a friend here at our complex decided to start a Manchester/Ward progressive dinner party since there are about 15 families from our church that live here in this complex. It was a blast last year and we continued the tradition last night. We had yummy potato skins for an appetizer at our friends, the main course of pasta, rolls, and salad at our house, and a yummy oreo whip cream dessert at another friends house.
We had so much fun last night! The dessert house was especially fun because they played a fun dancing game on the XBOX. I even got Brad to do a dance with me and that is so rare! The kids loved it too and got to stay up extra late because of it. Can't wait to do it again next year!
