Habits

I love having good habits. Once I've created a habit it is usually pretty hard to break myself of it.
The trick, I've realized, is creating the habit.
It seems super easy to create bad habits, but it is so hard for me to create good habits. A few of my goals for this new year need to start becoming habits soon or they probably won't happen. I've found if I can do something for a month it has usually become a habit by then. After a month I've usually been able to fit it into my routine and then it just comes naturally to always do it.
So here's to creating some good habits! And getting rid of the bad ones in the process.
