Swimming

We made it another 9 hours in the car today and the kids were so happy that we got to the hotel early enough to swim! They deserved some play time. I've been so grateful for their good behavior. Kade and Tenley had been taking turns driving in the U-haul with Brad, but they both got sick of being in the car with Ryder and me because Ryder cried a lot! Brad was nice enough to take both Kade and Tenley in the U-haul with him. They were so happy about that!

Ryder got to swim for his first time tonight and he loved the water!

Road Trips

Our road trip has begun! It will be a long 30 plus hours in the car, but so far the kids have been great! We had planned to get on the road earlier, but as Brad was getting the truck secured on the trailer he noticed that one of the straps for the tire was broken. We had to wait for 2 hours for someone to come fix it. Because of the long delay we didn't get to our hotel until midnight. It was a really long day and I definitely felt the strength from all the prayers from our friends and family.

Amazing Friends

We have some really amazing friends! The night before the move a couple of my girlfriends came over to help me clean. It was so nice of them and I really did not want them to but they insisted! I really appreciated their help. With all the craziness of the day I had totally forgotten to start the dryer and Brad noticed the wet clothes in there when he was taking the dryer out to be stored at someone's house for another family. My sweet friend took the clothes to her house, dryed them, folded them, and brought them back to me! She even made us some yummy rice krispy treats for the drive. She went above and beyond and I so appreciated it! So many men came and helped us load all of our boxes into the car as well. And many friends stopped by to say goodbye. Kade had his last T-ball game tonight. His coaches and team were so awesome and we're so sad to leave them.

 It's so hard to leave such a great group of people. We have been so blessed to live by them and get to know them.

The Wonderlab

We decided to take the day off from packing today and take the kids to the children's museum in Bloomington. It was so much fun to have a break and do one last fun thing here!

Pay-offs, Mrs. Curl

We worked really hard all morning getting the house packed up so we took the kids out for ice cream at Mrs. Curl's ice cream shop. It was delicious!

Dinner with friends

We got to have a fun dinner tonight with the Montagna's and Daetwylers. The kids had a blast with the friends Max and Mia. Such great friends and yummy food! It was a great night!

Gymnastics Unlimited

Kade and Tenley wanted to play at the Gymnastics place before we left so we invited all of our friends and went. We had a blast and will definitely miss this place!

Jaxson

Kade got to have  his last play date in Indianapolis with his good friend Jaxson. These two have been good friends for a long time and get along so well! We will miss him and the Woolfs!

The Children's Museum

I really hope that today wasn't our last day ever at the Children's Museum. If we can get our things packed up pretty quickly, we have to go back! We had a great time enjoying it all today and the kids kept saying again that it was the best day ever! They're kind of easy to please!

100 Acres

Another thing crossed off our Indy bucket list! The gardens at the Indiana Museum of Art, the Lilly Mansion, and the 100 acres. The weather was perfect to be outside today and it was National Museum today so it was all free! We loved it all and the kids kept saying it was the best day ever!
